Suggested Attire
Formal/black tie. See photos from 2023 and 2021.
Substitutions & Cancellations
Both cancellations and name changes to registrations will be accepted until Friday, October 10th by email only to awards@baaahq.org.
Tickets & Seating
There are no physical tickets for this event. Instead, we have an interactive seating map to help identify your seating assignments. The only way to ensure your party sits together is to purchase a table for 10 guests. Single ticket purchasers will have open seating as noted in gold.
Accommodations
The BAAA room block at the Hilton is now closed. If you would still like a room, you can book directly through Hilton here.
Parking
Valet Parking at the Hilton is available for $25 per car. Public parking is also available in the Fort Brooke Parking Garage, which is connected to the Hilton via walk through on floor 3. Parking is $2 for the first hour and $3 each hour after with a $15 daily max.
Ridesharing
We encourage ride share services to help cut down on parking costs and availability.
Dietary Restrictions
If not noted in your registration, email awards@baaahq.org with your accommodation request by Friday, October 10th.
What to Bring
We encourage you to wear your finalist pins. Please note the Hilton is a cashless facility and will only accept credit cards.
