BAAA's Maintenance Training Academy is a hands-on program designed to help you master essential repair skills, earn industry certifications, and fast-track your career in multifamily maintenance. It is a 4 week program with resume and placing assistance.

The Maintenance Training Academy equips students with a versatile toolkit of both technical and professional skills essential for success in the field. Participants will develop a sharp attention to detail for proactive troubleshooting and the creative problem-solving abilities needed to fix issues quickly. The curriculum also emphasizes the "soft skills" that make a great technician, such as effective communication with residents and teams, rigorous safety awareness, and time management strategies to stay on schedule. By the end of the program, students will be prepared to handle the physical demands of the job while maintaining the organized records and professional standards required by top-tier property management companies.
