Celebrating the Teams That Keep Our Communities Running!

Behind every thriving apartment community is an incredible maintenance team that keeps things running, solves problems, and saves the day!

This January, it's time to put down the tools, step away from the work orders, and give your maintenance rock stars the recognition they deserve at BAAA's 2027 Maintenance Appreciation Night!

What’s in store? Bowling with a twist, axe throwing, golf swings, elevated gaming, virtual reality, craft cocktails, delicious food, and plenty of friendly competition!

Treat your maintenance team to an evening of fun, food, and well-deserved appreciation. It's our chance to celebrate the hardworking professionals who make a difference in our communities every single day.

They spend the year taking care of everyone else. Let's make this night all about them!
