When will we receive our renewal invoice?

BAAA has a very simple dues structure so that our members can easily tell how dues are calculated.  To calculate your annual dues payment, you simply need to multiply the number of units in your community by the unit price found below. New members will be charged a $25 application fee.

**The National Apartment Association began an annual dues increase in 2026 of .09 per unit for 6 years. The BAAA Board of Directors voted to implement a slight dues increase every other year in order to cover this increase beginning in 2028 and continuing on even years.**

For example, if you have a 250 unit community, your dues would be:  250 x $4.15 = $1037.50 

2027 Property Management Company Dues are only $130 per company, including the $35 voluntary Advance the Industry contribution. New members will be charged a $25 application fee. This allows everyone at the corporate level for your company to receive BAAA membership benefits!
