BAAA Leadership Lyceum

Developing future leaders is an important part of any association's strategic plan, and the best way to do that is to identify those potential leaders and have them go through some training to help better understand the mission and vision of the association and to find the areas that best suit their strengths and skills.

A Lyceum in ancient Greece was a center of learning and at the very heart of society. We would like to think that our Lyceum will be the center of learning for our future leaders and provide them with the information they need to help be part of the direction BAAA takes into our future.

Qualifications: Nominees must be employed by a BAAA member in good standing and have a minimum of three years of experience working in the multifamily housing industry. We will look at the candidate's history as well as their involvement with BAAA or other organizations.

The Lyceum Program: The Lyceum program for 2023 will consist of four modules with two being zoom meetings and two as in-person events. This is subject to change as we see what happens with the ability to meet safely.

Nominations: Self-nominations are acceptable, or you can nominate someone you know would be a candidate as a future leader of BAAA. If you are nominating someone besides yourself, please confirm with them in advance their willingness to take part and ensure that their company will support the time needed to complete the program.

Submit your nomination before the deadline of Thursday, February 29th. All applications are held in the strictest confidence.
