BAAA Leadership Lyceum
Building tomorrow's leaders - today!
Developing future leaders is an important part of any association's strategic plan, and the best way to do that is to identify those potential leaders and have them go through some training to help better understand the mission and vision of the association and to find the areas that best suit their strengths and skills.
A Lyceum in ancient Greece was a center of learning and at the very heart of society. We would like to think that our Lyceum will be the center of learning for our future leaders and provide them with the information they need to help be part of the direction BAAA takes into our future.
Qualifications
Nominees must be employed by a BAAA member in good standing and have a minimum of three years of experience working in the multifamily housing industry. We will look at the candidate's history as well as their involvement with BAAA and/or other organizations.
The Lyceum Program
The Lyceum program for 2026 will consist of four modules, featuring two Zoom virtual meetings and two engaging in-person events.
Nominations
Self-nominations are acceptable, or you can nominate a future leader. If nominating someone else, please confirm their willingness and ensure their company supports the time needed for the program.
*Submit your nomination before the deadline of Friday, February 26th. All applications are held in the strictest confidence.
