Meet Your Instructor
Christa L. Landram
Compliance Manager/ Course Developer, has been with First Housing since 2005. Mrs. Landram is responsible for developing all the affordable housing compliance courses on First Housing University.
On behalf of NAHB, she administers the training and exam to become a Housing Credit Professional (HCCP). Additionally, she trains on behalf of the state at quarterly workshops as well as virtual and in-person conferences throughout the nation. Mrs. Landram’s responsibilities also include monitoring compliance under various affordable housing programs including Housing Credit, Multifamily Revenue Bond, and HOME. Her responsibilities include conducting on-site file reviews and physical inspections, as well as assisting in compliance training for owners and on-site staff.
Mrs. Landram is a Certified Credit Compliance Professional-C3P, Certified Occupancy Specialist, HOME Certified Specialist, and Housing Credit Certified Professional – HCCP.
