Property Management Degree from Valencia College

Valencia College now offers an associate in science (AS) degree in Residential Property Management.

Valencia launched the degree program to help Florida's multifamily industry meet the growing need for qualified property management staff. The degree is offered at Valencia's Osceola County campus, and will be offered online in the near future.  

As the tourism capital of the world, Florida continues to see an increase in apartment and multifamily rental communities, as well as the need for skilled and talented managers to help oversee and manage them. Through Valencia’s degree in property management, students are trained to become highly qualified managers and other on-site personnel to help manage and operate residential rental properties.
