Silent Auction Details: 

The Silent Auction will close at 8:00pm EST on Friday, November 6, 2026.

• Winning bidders will be notified via text immediately upon the close of the auction, and the credit card on file will be processed. 
• To maximize our giveback, we will be adding 3.63% to cover credit card fees. 
• Winning bidders will be able to pick up their winnings at the conclusion of the auction.
• Please confirm your payment with an auction representative, we will assist in gathering your winning items.
• Item shipping information: 
  • Items with numbers in the 200's, 300's, & 500's are FREE to ship. 
  • Items in the 400's will be emailed 
  • All other numbers will be shipped to the address on file and we will charge the shipping fees to the credit card on file. 
  • Shipping will be charged $20 PLUS the market rates for FedEx, USPS, or UPS.
