Real-World AI for Multifamily Housing
AI is moving quickly. New tools launch constantly, familiar ones become outdated, and most vendors promise similar results. Multifamily professionals are looking for ways to adopt AI — but focusing on specific systems and applications is increasingly ineffective when the technology landscape changes month to month.
This workshop takes a different approach. Instead of reviewing AI tools that may be outdated by next quarter, we’ll focus on how to think strategically and make informed decisions — so you can evaluate, adopt, and retire technology effectively, regardless of what launches next.
In this interactive session, you'll learn how to:
-
Build a tool-agnostic road map anchored in your organization’s needs — so you can plug in new AI tools and retire old ones without starting over
-
Understand what AI can actually do today — the real capabilities behind the headlines and product marketing
-
Bring your team with you — earning buy-in and helping each person perform at their individual best, in collaboration with AI
-
Connect the pieces — process automation, AI assistants, your existing systems, and vendor add-ons — into one framework that works together
-
Get a glimpse of the next era of AI, and how it can bring value to your teams and your residents
You'll leave with the confidence to make AI decisions that last — and a practical starting point for your own road map.
