19th Annual Fair Housing Symposium

Come learn about Fair Housing and earn 2.25 CECs!

Once again the Bay Area Apartment Association has joined with other Tampa Bay based organiations to provide our annual Tampa Bay Fair Housing Consortium Symposium on Thursday, April 27, from 9AM-3PM.  This in-person event will be held at the Pinellas Realtors Organization headquarters, located at 4590 Ulmerton Road in Clearwater.  If you attend the whole event, you can earn 2.25 CECs.

This year's session will focus on Fair Housing Rights vs. Tenant Rights, Fair Housing considerations related the LGBTQ+ community, and a panel discussion on the Future of Fair Housing, with a particular focus on technology.  Our own Government Affairs Director Eric Garduno will be moderating the Future of Fair Housing panel.  Lunch is included in the registration fee.  Come out and get a glimpse into the future of fair housing!
