Leasing: Overcoming Objections with Confidence is an interactive workshop designed to help leasing professionals turn objections into opportunities by focusing on three key areas: asking better questions, knowing your comps, and confidently closing the deal. Participants will learn how to prevent objections before they happen by uncovering prospects’ true needs through thoughtful, intentional questions. They’ll gain tools to confidently handle objections by understanding competitor strengths and positioning their community’s unique value. The session wraps up with strategies for closing the deal smoothly—making sure every question is answered and every concern addressed—and reinforcing the importance of consistent, professional follow-up. Through discussion, homework, and real-world examples, attendees will leave ready to connect better, respond smarter, and lease faster.

This class qualifies for 1.5 continuing education credits needed for credential renewals.
