We are a third generation Licensed and State Certified Roofing and General Contracting Firm that specializes in major re-roofs to small repairs. In addition, we supply general contracting through our sister company Quality Restoration and Renovations. Our company has built its reputation by exceeding customer satisfaction, with the majority of our referrals generated from current and previous customers. Our customers are our strongest supporters. As members of the Florida Apartment Association, Bay Area Apartment Association, and other local branches for the past 35 years, a huge focus of our business and expertise is in the apartment industry.

Our staff consists of over 150 employees who service customers in Florida as well as multiple other states. Last year, our sales volume exceeded $30 million with our largest project to date exceeding $5 million. Building relationships with management companies, developers, contractors, architects, and suppliers has positioned our firm to handle large, complex projects in a timely manner while containing cost and maintaining profitability.

Quality Roofing, Inc is qualified in all phases of commercial and residential roofing and is a certified installer for several material manufacturers. New construction, residential projects, roof repairs and roof assessment management services also are provided. We install all types of roofs, including shingle, modified bitumen, single ply systems, sheet metal, standing seam, slate, tile, and exotic roofs.
