Florida Elevator, Inc. has been independently owned and operated since 1995, providing elevator maintenance, repair and modernization services throughout Sarasota, Tampa Bay, Pinellas County and the surrounding Gulf Coast communities. We work with multifamily communities and commercial properties to maintain reliable elevator service and plan for future equipment needs. Our owner has built the company around dependable service, trust and lasting relationships with employees and customers.

We understand that elevator downtime affects more than building operations, it affects residents’ daily lives. Property managers need timely responses, clear explanations and a service partner who follows through. We provide preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and 24/7 emergency service, along with modernization proposals that explain the recommended work and equipment being retained or replaced.

For modernization projects, we install nonproprietary equipment to give owners greater flexibility over the life of their elevators. Broader access to parts, technical support and qualified service providers helps communities avoid dependence on a single manufacturer for future maintenance and repairs.
