Bart Valdes is the Managing Partner for DSK Law's Tampa office and is a Board Certified Specialist in Business Litigation by the Florida Bar. Mr. Valdes has represented a variety of the Firm’s clients including property managers, landlords and property owners in a wide range of matters. Bart has litigated, and continues to litigate, eviction cases, fair debt collection practices cases, and general lease disputes in state and federal court all over the State of Florida.
