More COVID-related emergency assistance coming to Pasco County
Community CARES Program
Pasco County has announced that its Community CARES Program will accept another 800 applications for CARES Act rent and utility assistance on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, at 9AM. We anticipate these open slots will fill up within minutes of applications being available online. Assistance is capped at $3,500, and to be eligible the household must be below 80% Average Median Income. To apply, you must complete your electronic application for assistance. Coronavirus Relief Fund
The County also continues to offer assistance through their SHIP Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF). The program will provide up to 9 months of rental assistance. To be eligible, household income must be under 120% of Area Median Income at the time of application. The program is only accepting completed paper applications.
