2020 Scholarships Close November 8th!

2020 Scholarships are awarded for 50% off the BAAA Member price per course (no cash value). NOTE: Only one scholarship awarded per company.

Deadline for applications: Friday, November 8, 2019

CAM and CAMT – 2 winners for each credential

NALP and CAS – 1 winner for each credential

Applicants MUST be a MEMBER in good standing

Community/Associate Dues for 2019 MUST be paid by January 31, 2020 in order to retain scholarship!

Award announcements will occur at our December 10^th Installation and Holiday Dinner at The Florida Aquarium

		Scholarship winners must complete their credential BEFORE October 31, 2020. Winners not completing their credential by the deadline are required to repay the the awarded amount to BAAA's Education Program.
		To be eligible for the scholarship: Your community must be a member in good standing of the Bay Area Apartment Association. Candidate must have one year or more of on-site multi-family experience. (CAM candidates also required to meet NAAEI assessment review).
		Submit a Written Narrative describing your experience, career goals, and what you hope to gain from taking this course. This narrative should be no more than 500 words. Submit a Recommendation Letter from current supervisor in the apartment industry.
