Jimmy Chestnut is Vice President of Operations with RPM Living. Chestnut previously served in executive roles at Incore Residential and Waypoint Residential. Chestnut has 25-plus years of experience in property management, asset management, and development, and he has worked for such noteworthy companies as Carroll Management Group and Pinnacle. Chestnut is a past president of the Bay Area Apartment Association and the current president of the Florida Apartment Association. He has a Bachelor of Science in Management and an MBA from the University of South Florida.
