I am a seasoned multifamily housing executive with more than 25 years of industry experience across Florida, Georgia, Texas, and Oklahoma. Throughout my career, I have provided leadership across conventional, lease-up, value-add, and student housing portfolios, overseeing more than 3,200 apartment homes and driving strong operational, financial, and resident-focused results.
My expertise spans financial management, budgeting, revenue growth, operational transitions, acquisitions, capital improvement projects, performance optimization, associate development, and third-party client partnerships. Before joining Avenue5 Residential, I held leadership positions with WF Investment Holdings, The Collier Companies, The Altman Companies, and Insula Companies.
