Nichole Williams is Chief Executive Officer of Smart Apartment Data, a real estate technology company providing multifamily market intelligence, research, and analytics to housing professionals across the country.

Since joining Smart in 2011, she has helped build the company’s platform from the ground up, expanding its reach from a regional provider to a trusted national source for rent, occupancy, and market trend data. With nearly 30 years in the multifamily industry and a long background in sales leadership, Nichole focuses on translating complex market data into insights that are clear, relevant, and useful for operators, investors, and industry partners.

Nichole is actively engaged in industry advocacy supporting policies that impact rental housing and serves on the National Apartment Association (NAA) Technology Committee. She is a Lyceum Graduate and holds the Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) designation. As a single-family real estate investor, she brings an owner’s perspective to both market analysis and industry policy discussions.
