This hands-on class is designed specifically for apartment and multifamily maintenance technicians who need a practical understanding of plumbing and hot water systems commonly found in residential buildings. The course focuses on the real issues maintenance teams face every day and how to safely diagnose and address them.

Participants will learn how water supply, drainage, and hot water systems operate in multifamily properties, along with the most common service calls and maintenance tasks. The class emphasizes troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and recognizing problems before they become expensive repairs.

Topics may include:
