Let L&B’s attorneys help you navigate the complex legal landscape surrounding domestic violence.

We provide clear, practical guidance on:

  • State laws that protect tenants who are domestic violence (DV) victims
  • Fair housing considerations, including how the Fair Housing Act applies to common DV-related situations

  • Lease provisions that may affect your ability to file for eviction or take other action in a DV-related tenancy

Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge you need to make informed, compliant decisions while minimizing legal risk.
