Hector Mora-Petras

Hector Mora recently joined the RangeWater team in December 2022 as the Community Director at Trellis on The Lakes which is a 688-unit community in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Prior to joining the RangeWater family, Hector worked as a lease-up manager overseeing a new construction community with Weller Management. Hector’s experience in the multi-family industry has had him working for a variety of property types and third-party clients and he specializes in maximizing asset valuation through measurable gains in occupancy, resident retention, and expense control. Hector has worked with other major companies such as RADCO and ZRS.
Hector currently serves as a Director with the Bay Area Apartment Association. He is a graduate of their Leadership Lyceum Program and he is the recipient of multiple industry related awards.
In Hector’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his husband and two German Shepherds. Originally from Venezuela but he considers himself to be a Tampa “native” as he has been in Florida since a young child.
