PatioLane.com features a family of online outdoor/indoor living stores, as well as shares a brick 'n mortar showroom with our sister company Awning Works Inc. in Clearwater, Florida. Since 2003 we have been the premium fabric distributor for Sunbrella fabrics as well as 1,000s of outdoor performance fabrics and textile supplies that cater to the awning, marine, automotive and contract/hospitality industries. In addition, we feature interior decor fabrics, custom cushions, pillows and other finished goods plus dozens of awning and shade solutions to help complete any outdoor space.

PatioLane.com is owner operated by four family members and chances are, whether you stop by the showroom in person or communicate with us via email, chat, or phone, that one of the owners will be helping you complete your project.

Our knowledgeable sales associates can help educate you about the specific fabric choices that we carry and their intended use. We go out of our way to provide superior customer service and it’s for this reason that we have been serving customers all over the world since 2003.

In addition to all of the products that we carry online and in our showroom, a big part of what we do is special fabrication projects. This is all made possible by the first company that our family started in 1985, Awning Works Inc. Over the years we’ve sewn and customized everything from cushions and doggie beds to Sunbrella pool floats, and even airplane cockpit covers.
