• 7 am - 1 pm: Exhibitor Setup
• 2 pm: Mandatory Exhibitor Meeting
• 2:45 pm: "Boardwalk" preview with the BAAA Board of Directors
• 3 pm - 8 pm: Show Hours
• 8 pm - 12 am: Exhibitor Breakdown
  
  

YOUR ONLINE PROFILE:

• Attendees will navigate the show and your company will be represented using our app.
• Check your listing here and if it needs to be updated, email krystal@baaahq.org.

EXCLUSIVE SHOW DECORATOR:

• Gulf Coast Expo is our chosen show contractor and contact from them is legitimate. Others, including those selling lists, are not.
