Ashley began her multifamily career in 2012 and joined Willow Bridge (FKA Lincoln Property Company) in 2015 as an Assistant Manager.
Throughout her tenure, Ashley has successfully overseen diverse assets, including garden-style, A+ mid-rise, and large-scale communities, with a specialized expertise in major renovations. In her role as Regional Manager, she also oversees Lease-Up communities, including Build-to-Rent (BTR) assets, as well as stabilized assets.
Known for fostering growth through education and positivity, Ashley consistently empowers her teams to drive property performance and their personal career growth.
Her dedication has earned numerous Willow Bridge accolades, including the 2017 "I'm on It" award for Outstanding Performance, 2018 Business Manager of the Year, and the 2020 Soaring to Excellence award. Under her leadership, her community was named "Renovated Property of the Year" in both 2019 and 2020. Most recently, she was honored as the 2024 Regional Manager of the Year.
A committed industry professional, Ashley earned her Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP/formerly NALP) designation from the National Apartment Association in 2013. She is a graduate of the 2023 Florida Apartment Association Leadership Lyceum Program and is currently participating in the 2026 Bay Area Apartment Association Leadership Lyceum Program.
