Meet Your Facilitator

Jim is a licensed attorney serving the states of South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, with a focus on supporting the multifamily housing industry with legal guidance and government advocacy at Loebsack & Brownlee, PLLC.

After earning his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at the College of Charleston's Honors College and his Master of Business Administration at Louisiana State University's Shreveport Campus, he earned his Juris Doctor at the Georgia State University College of Law. Since law school, he has dedicated his career to helping property owners and managers navigate legal challenges that may arise, while also advocating for housing policies at the local and state levels.

Jim serves on the Board of Directors for both Coastal Georgia Apartment Association (CGAA) and the Apartment Association of Greater Augusta (AAGA). Additionally, he serves as Chair of the Government Affairs Committees for CGAA, AAGA, and Mid Georgia Apartment Association (MGAA) and is an active member of the Georgia Apartment Association (GAA) Advocacy Council.
