Stress & Emotional Intelligence: What Triggers You?
We all have stressful situations to deal with every day and there is nothing we can do about it....right?
In this session you will learn how your reaction to challenging situations can be proactively altered by understanding your emotional triggers. Having a better grasp of our emotional intelligence allows us to conquer the situations that would have controlled our responses.
Learning how your brain develops your typical response and how to adapt those responses will make your life easier as well as for those you interact with at work & home!
We will dive into how to handle stress, and tricks you can use to help those around you do the same. This session is good for everyone, but especially those who manage others with diverse personalities.
