Randy Overbay brings more than 30 years of experience in property management and maintenance, having entered the industry in 1993. He spent eight years with Concord Management before joining Richman Property Services in 2015, where he continues to apply his extensive knowledge of residential and light commercial maintenance.
Randy’s background also includes self-employed home improvement work, light commercial maintenance, and single-family residential services. He holds an EPA 608 certification (2016) and is a PHTA Certified Pool Operator (CPOI, 2021), underscoring his commitment to professionalism and industry standards.
