Notes from Orientation Call

Everyone still needs to enroll in CALP through the National Apartment Association (NAA) website. To do this, please visit, https://www.naahq.org/education-careers/enroll-in-a-course and select your desired designation (in this case, CALP).

Enrollment takes 5 minutes using the tutorial found here.

Download & Print your eBook. You can access your eBook through the Active Reader app (compatible with Windows and Mac OS) or through the web at https://singlestorefront.com/NAA/Login.aspx. Use your work email with default password education1! to access.
- Bring notetaking materials and highlighter.
- Please shop a property in person, via phone, and via website before the first day of class. We recommend choosing a community not in your immediate area so they do not recognize you.
- Tomorrow's dress code is office attire. All other days are comfortable!
- Class Location: BAAA Training Center, 12477 Telecom Drive Temple Terrace FL 33637. Check-in 8:30 AM - Class begins at 9:00 AM
- Feel free to bring your own lunch and use our refrigerator/microwave and water bottle at our refill station. We are located very close to many quick lunch spots.

You should receive an email on the 18th from ViaTech (app developer) with instructions on how to access your Active Reader bookshelves and utilize reader functions. If you do not receive the email, simply use the link above, select Forgot Password and enter the email address associated with this course to gain access.
