As the saying goes, “You only get one chance to make a first impression.” I’d like to propose a new adage: “You only get one chance to make a first impression, but you likely won’t be there for it.”
For apartment operators, curb appeal in the digital age requires far more than fresh-cut grass; online reviews necessitate having a strategy for attending to resident feedback in the virtual space, because you can be sure prospective residents are looking at these before deciding to visit your community. Put a different way: Would you eat at a restaurant that had anything less than stellar online feedback?
