The city of Clearwater has developed new zoning standards for its portion of the U.S. 19 corridor designed to attract more economically vibrant, attractive and safe development.
The new standards include what type of apartment development the city wishes to attract and proposed development rules for the new district. City staff wants to meet with investors, potential investors and property management company representatives on two dates this month for input on the changes.
City staff will meet with stakeholders from 1:30-3 p.m. Tue., May 17 and from 8:30-10 a.m. Wed., May 17. Both meetings will take place at Dimmitt Land Rover, 25191 U.S. Hwy 19 N.
