How to Position Your Property Using Socials Instructor: Brian Craft Leasing Manager, CitySide
Explore modern multifamily marketing through the lens of social media, with a strong emphasis on creating an authentic, outward-facing brand that creates a clear call to action. Participants will learn how to define and refine a clear brand voice that reflects the lifestyle of the community with content that is branded, highlights stand-out value-adds at the property, and resonates with today’s renters.
We will dive into crafting concise, engaging copy designed for scrolling audiences, how to communicate key selling points quickly while maintaining clarity, personality, and consistency. Special attention is given to developing strong calls to action that guide prospects from interest to inquiry without feeling forced or generic.
We will cover how to customize social landing pages to accurately represent each property’s unique identity, learning how to align visuals, tone, and messaging with the overall brand style of the community, ensuring a seamless experience from social post to landing page. Participants will be equipped with practical tools and strategies to create social media marketing that is intentional, on-brand, and results driven within the multifamily space.
