Most recently, she has become the Director of Training due to her understanding and commitment to training, her willingness to be at the forefront of company-wide changes, and her love for sharing knowledge, analyzing trends, and encouraging engagement. Janice began her career in hospitality management for several Marriott hotels in New Jersey, Arizona, Texas, and California before transitioning to the multifamily industry.  Janice graduated from William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey.
