For many “indoor” cat owners, hoping they return home after getting a chance to explore the Great Outdoors ranks high on the anxiety list. Yes, it is a near certainty that the cat will be able to find their way home—even if they’ve never set foot (paw) outdoors. Nonetheless, these animals with minds of their own can cause their owners to lose their minds. Fortunately for one resident at a Camden apartment community in Northern Virginia in this anxiety-inducing situation, their fears were eased by a just-clocked-out maintenance technician who was able to recover their wayward calico cat.
