In looking back, what a significant piece of legislation it has proven to be for the rental housing industry. Fairness is perhaps the most important principle that guides our country and this law rings true. This month, units looks back a half-century since President Lyndon B. Johnson signed this into law, reviewing the key legal decisions that came from it.
