Format of the Auction

We have something for everyone this year! Throughout the evening, we'll have a silent auction for those who prefer a bit of secrecy and a live auction portion to bid right on the spot for the adrenaline junkies. Either way - you'll find a great holiday gift!

What types of items can be donated?

Our motto is "quality over quantity."  We appreciate all donations and may combine items to create bundled items. Below are some ideas for items that typically fare the best at auctions. 
We're seeking donations to make our auction a unique experience for our guests. Please complete the online form below with your donor and item information. After you fill out this donation request, we will contact you for item pick up.

Where can I drop off my items?

Before the event, items can be delivered to The Vinings at Hunters Green to co-chair Leslie DeMaio by Friday, November 6th. Otherwise, items can be delivered to the event but ALL ITEMS must be registered below via online donation form to make it in the auction!
