MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Adrian has started his property management career back in 2003 as a groundskeeper.

Since 2007, Adrian has been managing the service departments for large and high-profile assets and overseeing portfolios of up to 9,000 apartment homes.

Currently, Adrian is the Director of Facilities and Maintenance for ECI Group, an owner/operator based in Atlanta, Ga with assets located throughout Southeast US.

In his current role, Adrian is overseeing the maintenance operations and capital projects for 23 properties located in Georgia, Florida, Texas and Louisiana totaling 9,000 apartment homes.

Adrian also holds a law degree from the Romanian-American University.
