Get ready for Fair Housing Fest! Two jam-packed days of the fair housing education your teams needs to stay up to date on changing laws!

June 15th
Session One – Advanced Fair Housing & Updates – Many property management
professionals could use a refresher on Fair Housing, and deeper dives into topics such as
reasonable accommodation. This class is more of a discussion-based class where questions can be asked of a Fair Housing expert and also updates of new information about Fair Housing changes.

Session Two – Fair Housing for Maintenance – The service technicians in the apartment industry receive the most training to improve their job skills, but not enough on how Fair Housing applies to them as well. With our maintenance teams often being the primary face for the community, understanding Fair Housing is crucial for their position. This class will focus specifically on what Fair Housing looks like for service technicians.

June 20th - register here!
Session Three – Fair Housing Refresher – This class covers the most important aspects of Fair Housing law and be geared towards newer hires into the industry or anyone needing a refresher. With a high turnover rate on employees in today’s job market, this class is crucial for those working
in the leasing/on-site positions.

Session Four – Fair Housing & Assistance Animals – Our industry attorneys tell us that questions about service/assistance animals are the most asked by property management professionals. There is a lot of misinformation about service animals versus pets and this training is much needed to help understand the law.
