Boarding Times

At registration, you will select your preferred arrival time (subject to availability) for the show. This will enable us to ensure 50% capacity and enable social distancing.

Grand Prizes

Only pre-registered attendees are eligible for the cash prize drawings ($300 during each
Boarding Time). Register before April 7th for a BONUS entry for an additional $200!

COVID Protocols

Prior to registering please make sure you have read, and agree to our in-person event safety guidelines. Failure to abide by these measures will result in removal from the show.

REMINDERS
  • Only pre-registered attendees are eligible for the cash prize drawings ($300 during each Boarding Time).
  • There are no physical tickets for this event. Tickets will not be mailed. Tickets are not available prior to the date of the event.
  • Register in advance before the price increases to $10 and $20 per person!  Registration is FREE for BayPass subscribers and during the 'Wanna Get Away' sale until April 7th.
  • Download the "BAAA Trade Show" app in the Apple Store or Google Play in advance!
  • Attendees must adhere to posted COVID19 protocols including wearing facemasks at all times on the trade show floor and in all outdoor common areas.

TRADE SHOW RULES AND REMINDERS

  • Non-exhibiting suppliers are not permitted entrance to the show. Secure your booth here (subject to availability).
  • Please remember to arrive during your selected Boarding Time. (See left.)
  • No one under the age of 18 may participate in the show as an attendee or exhibitor.
  • All food and drink must be purchased and consumed outdoors, and will not be allowed on the trade show floor/exhibit hall.
  • Attendees must adhere to posted COVID19 protocols including wearing facemasks at all times on the trade show floor and in all outdoor common areas.
