BAAA’s Education Program is Your Best Resource for Education in the Multi-Family Housing Industry

The BAAA Education department promotes industry professionalism through programs designed for all apartment personnel. Designation programs demand intensive training and cover all aspects of rental property management. Over the years, BAAA has trained hundreds of individuals in the rental housing industry.

Ongoing education is just one of the ways that BAAA is dedicated to keeping its members informed with the latest education materials. Whether you’re getting certified through a professional course or just brushing up at a seminar, staying current on the ever-changing apartment industry is vital to your success.

We offer several seminars throughout the year that provide information on everything from leasing and marketing to fair housing. These seminars allow for Continuing Education Credits for NAA Designations. Speakers range from national speakers to local specialists to governmental officials. Space is limited in each class, so enroll now! Go to the Calendar of Events. You can sign up for any of our classes by registering online – right from the Calendar. Simply complete the designated form and email it to staff@baaahq.org or fax to 813-884-0326. Students must be registered for each class through BAAA.

Thanks to the Education Express Sponsors admission to Education Express Seminars is free to BAAA Regular Members. Associates and Non-Members pay a nominal fee of $39.00.
